Research exchange
Faculty, students, and postdocs can share directions-in-progress and spot scientific overlap before a formal collaboration starts.
Rutgers Chemical Physics brings together research groups across the University's three main campuses (New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden) and across schools on those campuses, including Arts and Sciences and Engineering.
RCP is designed as a broad, interdisciplinary umbrella. It includes researchers whose work sits in or adjacent to chemical physics across a range of departments and programs.

Rutgers–Camden
RCP helps researchers and trainees across these campuses learn about one another’s work and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Faculty, students, and postdocs can share directions-in-progress and spot scientific overlap before a formal collaboration starts.
RCP is a natural umbrella for cross-department channels (web presence, mailing lists, and trainee networks) that need a stable home.
The annual symposium is the anchor; additional formats can grow when the community has capacity, from working groups to training activities.
